STRATA
This proposal reimagines a 3-acre site on 20th Street as a compact, walkable, mixed-use district. The plan includes approximately 285 residential units and 25,000 sq ft of retail, organized in mid-rise buildings that support a more vibrant and connected downtown.
A structured parking facility with about 400 spaces is integrated into the development, while new pathways and public amenities strengthen the link between Canyon Rim Trail, 20th Street and Ashley Pond Park.
Public improvements include upgraded intersections, pedestrian crossings, street lighting and enhanced access, contributing to the city’s broader strategy for downtown revitalization.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the project aims for LEED Gold certification and prioritizes efficient urban living close to work, services and community spaces.
