KIVA APARTMENTS
A study for a multi-unit infill development in Los Alamos, designed to maximize spatial efficiency and contextual integration within an existing urban block.
The proposal includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and four-bedroom loft units, ranging from 540 to 1.300 sq ft, organized across four levels.
Each typology emphasizes functional layouts, natural light optimization, and minimal circulation, allowing flexible residential occupation within compact footprints.
The project explores infill as an opportunity for densification without visual disruption, maintaining the existing neighborhood rhythm while introducing efficient housing solutions.
Form and façade articulation are kept restrained and modular, reinforcing the firm’s principle: “precision as a form of beauty.”
